Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
